William Tu

William Tu is the Founder and CEO of Good Driver Mutuality (GDM).
Prior to founding GDM, William was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, financial services, and consumer sectors. He worked closely with C-suite executives on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, operations, and enterprise-wide transformation.
He previously spent six years at Procter & Gamble, leading major initiatives across sales and marketing. William later transitioned into venture capital, investing in and supporting early-stage technology companies. William holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
VP of Service Operations

David Clark

With 30 years of experience as an Auto Physical Damage executive and subject matter expert, David Clark brings unparalleled expertise to our team. He has held significant positions at Selective Insurance, The Hartford, Sentry Insurance, and Ernst & Young.

David serves as the Chair of the APD sub-committee at the American Property & Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the largest US P&C trade association. Additionally, he is a member of the EV sub-committee at APCIA and the Heavy Duty Repair Forum. He is also a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences.

David is an authority in workflow and process design, leveraging AI and ML, vendor solutions, and human capital to optimize operations and drive innovation in the auto physical damage sector.

Clint McKinlay

Clint brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience in sales management, growth strategy, and global business operations. He has held P&L responsibility for organizations operating across North America, South America, Asia, and Europe. In these roles, he has helped build and scale global sales organizations generating billions in cumulative revenue. A seasoned entrepreneur and former CEO, Clint’s core strength lies in translating company priorities into measurable growth through a thriving and engaged salesforce.

Throughout his career, Clint has driven significant sales expansion for respected high-growth companies, including Rodan + Fields, Shaklee, Jafra Cosmetics, and Ruby Ribbon. His ability to inspire both individuals and large audiences has made him a sought-after mentor to entrepreneurs and senior leaders alike. A lifelong student of behavioral psychology, Clint brings insight, energy, and action-oriented leadership to the GDM sales organization.

Alan Michaelis

Alan Michaelis spearheads sales development and strategic growth at Good Driver Mutuality, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in marketing, sales, operations, and international business.

He has held prominent leadership roles in several notable companies. Alan previously led North America Program Management and Regional Sales at doTERRA International. He also served as VP of Operations and Sales at Limitless Worldwide, led the US Sales team at Young Living Essential Oils, and was the International VP at 4Life Research.

Alan’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. His robust background equips him with the knowledge and skills to drive impactful sales strategies and operational excellence.

Griffen Addie

Griffen is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in emerging technology and innovation. Having founded two companies in the marketing and tech space, he also brings experience from the private equity sector, where he worked with top companies at the forefront of innovation.
For over three years, Griffen has played a pivotal role in scaling Good Driver Mutuality, leading market growth, payment flow operations, and overall strategy to bring GDM successfully to market.
